New Kentuckian Hiring Academy
The Kentucky Chamber Foundation, in partnership with the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce, invites employers to participate in a New Kentuckian Hiring Academy on June 17, 2026, in Covington. This one-day event is designed for employers seeking to strengthen hiring, onboarding, and retention strategies for work-authorized immigrants, refugees, and documented workers. Attendees will gain insights into immigrant workforce demographics, legal hiring practices, and strategies to reduce employment barriers while enhancing language access, cultural awareness, and retention. The workshop also offers tools and connections to local community partners.
